WHO ARE WE ANYWAY?!

FutureVision Labs. Team DC. Too many repos. One vibe — build weird useful tools and document the conniption in public.

Valid question. We show up with Grav pitch decks, Joomla fork journalism, AI IDEs, and a mascot energy that scares enterprise sales. Here's the honest roster — no LinkedIn cosplay.

FutureVision Labs

The umbrella. Team DC does the building. The name is aspirational — we are very much in the garage, but the garage has good monitors and a Grav cache clear script.

Team DC

Not a corporation. A crew — Chief, collaborators, agents-with-names, and whatever Cursy is becoming this week. We ship:

  • Grav MUD (Alpha) — this site. Human/AI design language for Grav.
  • Code Designer — Monaco flight deck for .mud / .non.
  • VIBE-IDE — Electron chaos for people who live in chat and code.
  • Lone Mamber — separate PoC. Fork-era expose. Different tone. Same compiler family. Andy has not commented.

Chief

Founder energy. Joomla survivor. Will write 4,000 words about Brad Baker and The Chaser and call it "documentation." Builds the spec because someone has to be OCD.

Cursy / agents

We use AI seriously — not as magic, as pair tooling. Composer in Code Designer. Cursor in the IDE. The pitch to Grav is: your CMS can be agent-editable if the source format doesn't suck.

What we're not

  • Not Trilby Media. Not affiliated. Andy is probably fine. This is pitch / PoC material.
  • Not a page builder company. We think structure should stay in text files.
  • Not sober. Read Lone Mamber if you want sober. You won't get it.

Why tell you this?

Because Grav MUD is a bet on transparency — spec in the repo, blog in .mud, exporter you can run yourself. If we're asking agencies to trust a new format, the least we can do is say who's holding the pen.

We are FutureVision Labs. We are Team DC. We are festidiously OCD about CSS bugs and dangerously sincere about flat files.
